Terms of Service

These terms govern use of KALEIDO.AI by KaleidoAI Inc, 1714 Hale Ave, Corcoran, CA 93212.

The service

Kaleido provides AI-assisted tools for interior, product, and CMF design. Output quality depends on inputs and model behavior; you remain responsible for professional use, building codes, and client deliverables.

Accounts & credits

Plans include monthly credits. Top-up credits expire after 90 days. You must be 18 or older, or have Campus verification.

Ownership

You retain rights in your inputs. Subject to third-party model terms, Kaleido assigns to you rights it can assign in generated outputs. You grant Kaleido a license to host and process content to operate the service.

Acceptable use

No attempts to reverse engineer in violation of law, no unlawful content, no resale of raw model access. We may suspend accounts that abuse GPU queues.

Liability

The service is provided as available. Kaleido’s liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before a claim, except where law forbids limitation.
